Reflexology is a non-intrusive complementary health therapy, where the reflexologist gently works on pressure points of the feet, lower leg or hands; however, reflexology may also be performed on the face and ears.

Reflexologists believe the feet mirror the whole body and that reflex points within the feet correspond with the organs and structures within the body. By stimulating these points the therapist corresponds the elements of the body.

It is a non-intrusive therapy that works with the body’s' natural energies, promoting deep relaxation and reduces tension throughout the body. Leaving you with a wonderful sense of wellbeing.

Reflexology dates back to 2500BC in ancient Egypt, India and china, arriving in the west in the 1900's.  

 

Appointments are offered at body therapy:

Thursday- 9.30am - 5.00pm

Friday - 9.30am - 7.00pm

Alternate Saturdays - 9.00am - 4.00pm

 

Appointments start from £35.00 for the first consultation/session.

Appointments then on are £30.00.
