Terms and Conditions:

General Appointments;

*Any appointments missed, re-arranged or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice willensure a 50% charge of the original treatment.

Pamper Parties;

*When booking pamper parties, a 50% deposit is required.

*Cannellations of pamper parties will need 1 weeks' notice, failure to do so will result in the loss of youtr deposit.

Weddings;

*On your practice date, full payment for your wedding day is to be taken. A call out charge and start time of the wedding is to be agreed in writing.

*Cancellation of your wedding day will need 1 weeks’ notice, failure to do so will result in the loss of your payment.

Gift Vouchers;

*All Vouchers purchased at body Therapy must be use within 6 months from the date of purchase, the Expiry date may be extended at the manager’s discretion.

*Gift vouchers may be used on all hair and beauty treatments, and all hair and beauty retail products. Girt vouchers are non-refundable, and if lost or misplaced, another gift voucher may be issued at the manager’s discretion.

Retail;

*Hair and beauty products brought at body therapy will not be refunded once opened. Products may be exchanged for another if the seal has not been tampered with.

Loyalty Cards;

*Points are not available when using a gift voucher.

*We reserve the right to change the conditions of the scheme and notification will be displayed in the salon.

*We reserve the right to take action when deemed fit if the scheme is abused.

*Once all 15 Boxes are full, you will qualify for the 30% discount on product or your free treatment which is to the manager’s discretion.

*Loyalty cards must be present at the time of payment to collect your stamp.

*If a loyalty card is lost or misplaced, a new card will be issued.
